On 19 October, 2015, the third governing board meeting was held in Yulong International Hotel, where the board members reviewed and approved the biannual report (2013-2015) and annual plan (2015-2016).

The meeting was attended by eight board members (from left to right on the photo): Li Zhengfeng, Zhou Jiagui, Hans Thulstrup (attending the meeting on behalf of Assistant DG Flavia Schlegel), Ana Maria Cetto, Cao Jianlin, Nicholas Ozor, Hu Zhijian and Mu Rongping.
